The moment
you feel a strong force
is going to touch your skin,
You feel it before
it actually hits.
Your ears shut
right before the persistence
of your vision,
It actually hurts
more in your head.
Once it lands
you realize
you've been needing it,
A slap in the face,
more than anything else.
